Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). Founded in 1850 by three German-speaking pastors in Milwaukee, the WELS is now a national church body with more than 360,000 souls and 1,300 congregations in the United States and Canada. The WELS has planted church bodies in Africa, Asia, Australia Europe, and South America. Our church body works together to plant new churches, train up church workers, and send missionaries throughout the world.
